Guest accommodations are available beginning at 4:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 11:00 PM, please contact our Front Desk team in advance so we may prepare for your arrival. Early check-in requests are welcomed and accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability and applicable fees.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Should you wish to extend your stay, please contact the Front Desk on the morning of your departure. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days before your stay. At that time, reservations become non-refundable and non-cancellable.

The resort fee provides guests with access to all INNESS amenities, property transportation services, complimentary WiFi, and on-site parking, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

To preserve the natural beauty and tranquility of the property, guest vehicles are parked in our central lot for the duration of each stay. INNESS provides complimentary transportation throughout the property upon request. Guests traveling with small children or infants are encouraged to plan ahead, as transportation may be needed between accommodations and amenities.

The INNESS Restaurant is open daily, offering seasonal farm-to-table cuisine alongside a curated selection of local beers, natural wines, and craft cocktails.

INNESS is pleased to welcome up to two well-socialized, well-behaved dogs per reservation. A pet fee of $100 per stay will be added to your reservation.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs may not be left unattended in guest rooms or cabins unless securely crated. If your dog is not accustomed to being crated and may become distressed or disruptive when left alone, we kindly ask that you consider this when planning your stay.

Dogs must remain leashed and under the control of their owner at all times while in public and common areas of the property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and repair or cleaning fees may be assessed at the discretion of management.

To preserve the natural beauty of our surroundings and ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, INNESS is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including all guest rooms, cabins, and outdoor areas.

Evidence of smoking in a guest room or cabin will result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to the reservation.
